TABLE restaurant, Brighton, and Rhone 2007

By in Restaurants

First off, there’s a 2007 Rhone wine on this list and that’s great news. It was a terrific vintage in the French valley so wherever you’re eating and you see a Rhone wine with a 2007 vintage, have it.

That’s one of 3 wines I pick from this restaurant which is attached to Myhotel. That’s not a spelling mistake, I don’t have a hotel. But this chaps do (3 in total I think) and this modern one in the centre of Brighton does good trade, especially in the trendy, cougar-friendly bar.

The first wine is the Spanish house white and the next an English Organic white made with the Bacchus grape.

TABLE has consulting links with the famous brasserie Racine in London’s Knightsbridge and opens for breakfast to challenge Cote round the corner.

All reviews of the food welcome.
